1. About Grant Success System

Grant Success System is an educational platform and AI-powered tools suite operated by Christine Hiebel, based in Fernandina Beach, Florida. We provide grant education, AI-assisted grant writing tools, courses, coaching, and community support to help small business owners find, write, and win grant funding.

2. Products and Services

Grant Success System offers the following products and services:

Grant Insider Community — $47/month

• Monthly recurring membership billed at $47 per month
• Access to Brand Wizard and Grant Finder AI tools
• Bi-weekly Grant World Newsletter
• Private community access
• My Grant Command Center dashboard
• Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of your current billing period

Ultimate Grant Kickstarter — $497

• One-time payment of $497
• Lifetime access to all Kickstarter tools and content as described at time of purchase
• Includes Brand Wizard, Grant Finder, Impact Alchemist, Mission and Vision Perfector, Pitch Perfector, Lean Business Plan Generator, and Traditional Business Plan Generator
• Community access included
• New tools added to the Kickstarter tier are included at no additional charge

Grant Success System — $5,000

• One-time payment of $5,000 for 12 months of full access
• Includes all Kickstarter tools plus Business Binder, Grant Genie Writer, Grant Review, Deep Dive Grant Finder, Grant Prism, all three courses, and bi-weekly live coaching calls with Christine
• Access renews annually — renewal pricing will be communicated before expiration
• VIP community access and priority support included

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Grant Success System to charge your payment method for the amount stated at checkout.

Recurring Billing

The Grant Insider Community membership is billed monthly on the same date each month. You authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You will receive a receipt for each charge via email.

Payment Failures

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Active members will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance. Price changes do not apply to purchases already completed.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your purchase. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

4. Refund Policy

Grant Insider Community ($47/month)

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial month refunds are issued. To cancel, contact us at support@grantsuccesssystem.com.

Ultimate Grant Kickstarter ($497)

Due to immediate access to digital tools and course content, all Kickstarter purchases are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us immediately and we will work to resolve it.

Grant Success System ($5,000)

We stand behind the Grant Success System completely. If within 5 days of your purchase you have completed Brand Wizard, reviewed the program, and genuinely feel the system is not right for your business, contact us at support@grantsuccesssystem.com and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.

After 5 days, all Grant Success System purchases are final. We encourage you to review all program information and email us with any questions before purchasing. We are happy to help you decide if this is the right investment for you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under our 5-day satisfaction guarantee, email support@grantsuccesssystem.com within 5 days of your purchase date with your name, order details, and a brief note about your experience. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days back to your original payment method.

5. AI Tools — Disclaimer and Limitations

Grant Success System uses artificial intelligence powered by Anthropic's Claude to generate grant-related content including grant matches, application drafts, business plans, and review feedback.

• AI-generated grant matches are based on the information you provide and may not reflect every available opportunity or your actual eligibility
• AI-generated application responses are drafts that require your review, editing, and verification for accuracy before submission
• You are solely responsible for verifying that all information in your grant applications is accurate, current, and truthful
• Grant Success System does not guarantee that using our tools will result in any grant being awarded
• Grants are competitive — success depends on many factors outside our control including funder priorities, applicant pool, and application quality
• You are responsible for ensuring your grant applications comply with each funder's specific requirements and guidelines

By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that the outputs require human review and that you take full responsibility for any applications submitted using content generated by our platform.

6. Educational Purpose

Grant Success System is an educational platform. Our courses, tools, coaching, and community are designed to teach you how to find and apply for grants — they do not constitute professional grant writing services, legal counsel, financial advice, or accounting services.

Results vary based on individual effort, business type, grant availability, and many other factors. Any success stories, testimonials, or examples shared are not guarantees of similar results for all students.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Grant Success System website and platform — including course materials, AI tool designs, written content, graphics, videos, and the Grant Success System methodology — is the intellectual property of Christine Hiebel and Grant Success System, protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

What You May Do

• Use our tools and course content for your own personal business grant applications
• Share what you learn with your team members working on your business
• Reference our methodology in discussing your grant strategy

What You May Not Do

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any course content, tool designs, or methodology without written permission
• Share your login credentials or account access with others not covered by your purchase
• Use our AI tools or course content to create competing products or services
• Record or screenshot course videos or coaching calls for distribution
• Claim our methodology, frameworks, or content as your own

Content you create using our AI tools — such as your grant application drafts — belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the output of our tools applied to your specific business information.

8. Community Standards

Grant Success System operates a private community for members. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat all members with respect, kindness, and professionalism
• Keep community discussions confidential — do not share other members' information or posts outside the community
• Not spam, solicit, or promote competing products or services within the community
• Not share misinformation about grants, funding, or financial matters
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind
• Report concerns to Christine's team rather than escalating conflicts publicly

Violation of community standards may result in removal from the community without refund at our sole discretion.

9. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with others outside of your immediate team working on your business
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
• Keep your contact information and payment information current

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being shared beyond permitted use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Grant Success System, Christine Hiebel, and our affiliates, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Failure to secure any grant funding regardless of tool usage
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content used in grant applications
• Any third-party actions including funder decisions, grant program changes, or platform outages
• Technical issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our tools or platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific grant application
• Using our tools or courses will result in grant awards
• Grant opportunities identified by our tools will be available, accurate, or appropriate for your business

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through the courts of Nassau County, Florida, or through binding arbitration at our election.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us at support@grantsuccesssystem.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any concerns promptly.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our platform, tools, and community at our sole discretion if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Violate our community standards
• Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Fail to make required payments
• Share account access in violation of these terms

If we terminate your account for cause, no refund will be issued. If we terminate your account without cause, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid period.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify active members by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at grantsuccesssystem.com/terms.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grant Success System regarding your use of our services. They supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
